Edgewater is located in Elk River ISD 728 school district. The Rogers community itself hosts a vast selection of retail, entertainment, and recreational options, and is a fast growing area of northern Hennepin County.
Edgewater Master Association membership is mandatory and includes Architectural Committee oversight, maintenance of entrance monuments with fountains and landscaping, common area, and maintenance of extensive landscaping and irrigation systems located on Edgewater Parkway. Edgewater amenities include a recreation area being developed, acres of open space, and a lake with pedestrian trails.
